Booking your wedding
Let's be honest. Planning a wedding is HARD. I want your booking experience to be as simple and smooth as possible. I want booking me to be the easiest part of planning your wedding. Please read the following and let me know if you have any questions at all.

You've decided you want me as your wedding photographer. YAY!! but what's next????

Have you sent me a message making sure I have your date available? you did? I am available? PERFECT!!

I respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

To make us official, I will send you a contract with an invoice attached.

The contract is short and sweet and protects you as well as me.

The invoice is for $600. This is a retainer fee that holds your date for you. It is nonrefundable. It DOES go toward the final cost of your wedding .

This is important!! You do NOT have to know which package you want when booking your wedding. You have until we come up with your final timeline to decide.

Once your contract has been signed and invoice paid, we are official!! YAY!! what's next?

Let's go ahead and schedule a date for that engagement session! If you're not ready to schedule your engagement session, get in contact with me whenever you're ready to schedule.

Please be aware that I do get completely booked, especially in busier seasons such as fall. I recommend scheduling your engagement session 1-2 months in advance!

You will also have the option to stick with a standard engagement session or upgrade to an adventure session. What's an adventure session you ask? You can find info here!!------->

What if you've already had an engagement session? No worries. You may add an extra hour to any wedding package for free.

Keep in mind, I 100% recommend engagement sessions. Not only do you get some amazing photos, it's time we get to know each other! You also get to see how I work, and I get to see how you two work together. it's a win win! :)

All engagement sessions will be returned to you via link to an online gallery. Engagement sessions take approximately 6-8 weeks or sooner to return. Keep this in mind for save the dates and invitations.

Engagement galleries will be up for 6 months. Please have photos downloaded and saved to a safe place by this time.

Roughly 2-3 weeks before your wedding, we will get in contact and create a personalized wedding timeline. This will be typed up and sent to you so you can share with other vendors.

Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Payment can be in the form of cash, a check, or PayPal.

You will receive approximately 60-100 photos per hour of wedding coverage.

After your ceremony, within 48 hours, you will receive a preview of approximately 50 photos on facebook.

You will receive your final wedding photos on a USB. You will also receive 20 prints from your day in a beautiful wooden keepsake box.

depending on preference, boxes will be either hand delivered or shipped at the cost of client.

Along with the box, you will also receive a link to an online gallery. Your photos will remain on the online gallery for 1 year. During this time, you will have unlimited downloads and can share the gallery with anyone.

Final wedding photos will be delivered within 6-10 weeks or sooner.

After you receive your final photos, and would like to add on an album. Please let me know! Albums start at $150.
